We all have a belief system. In network marketing if you don’t believe in what you’re doing you will not succeed. I believe that people are more important than money. Now that might sound strange to some, but let me explain. For twenty two years I served in Law Enforcement. As I got older I realized that I could get more cooperation by treating people with respect than by demeaning them. I might not have liked what they had done, but showing respect most times took them off guard because no one had ever treated them that way! When he didn’t get the respect he was looking for, the officer would then become abusive and would usually end up in a fight with the suspect.

Now that I am retired, I am still a big believer in helping others. In business, when I see a new person trying to figure out this business, I would rather teach and mentor that person and watch them succeed. The money will come, but the satisfaction of helping others is more important to me.
